Metronet does not require long-term contracts for service!

Yes, there is normally a $50 installation fee due for installation that is charged to your first bill. There are often promotions that will waive or credit this installation fee for new qualified customers who sign-up for auto bill pay. Please call and talk with a sales representative to see if there are any promotions in your area.

The technology service fee is a mandatory flat fee that covers the costs of any service call and the replacement of any MetroNet owned equipment such as set-top boxes or routers. If there is ever an issue with Metronet equipment or the technician needs to visit your home for any reason, there will be no additional cost to you.

To cancel your current Metronet account, you will need to call customer service at 877-407-3224.
