Yes, there is normally a $25 installation fee due for installation that is charged to your first bill. The technology service fee is a mandatory flat fee that covers the costs of any service call and the replacement of any MetroNet owned equipment such as set-top boxes or routers. If there is ever an issue with MetroNet equipment or the technician needs to visit your home for any reason, there will be no additional cost to you.
